CS310 — Machine Learning

CS310 Machine Learning is a third-year elective of the BSc Computer Science and a core course of the MSc Artificial Intelligence, taught by Dr. Kenji Tanaka. It covers supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, evaluation methodology and an introduction to transformer models.

The course runs in Fall 2026 and is worth 10 credits. It meets Mon & Thu 13:00–14:30, Hargrove Hall 412. The midterm exam is on Friday 11 December 2026, 13:00–15:00, in Hargrove Hall 204.
